Terms of service

These terms govern your use of tradingview-mcp Hosted (the “service”) provided by Ahmet Atila (“we”, “us”) at mcp.cryptosieve.com and pro.cryptosieve.com. By subscribing or using the service you agree to them. They’re short on purpose.

1. The service

tradingview-mcp Hosted is a multi-tenant gateway that exposes 27 TradingView screening tools (top_gainers, bollinger_scan, RSI / MACD, backtest_strategy, etc.) over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It is designed to be plugged into Claude Desktop, Claude.ai web custom connectors, Cursor, Cline, and any other MCP-compliant client.

The underlying tool surface is open source at github.com/atilaahmettaner/tradingview-mcp. The hosted service exists so you don’t have to run it yourself. You may self-host that code under its own license at any time.

2. Account and API key

• One key per subscription. Don’t share your key. If your key is used from many IPs at once we may rate-limit it more aggressively or revoke it.
• You’re responsible for what happens through your key. Treat it like a password.
• If your key leaks (you pasted it on Discord, committed it to GitHub, lost the laptop) rotate it immediately from /account/keys.
• The raw key is shown once at creation. We can’t recover it. If you lose it, rotate.

3. Pricing and billing

• Plans: Pro — $9 USD per calendar month (or $90 USD per year). Pro+ — $29 USD per calendar month. All recurring until cancelled.
• Quota: Pro — 2,500 tool calls per rolling 30-day window. Pro+ — 10,000.
• Rate limit: Pro — 60 tool calls per rolling 60-second window. Pro+ — 150.
• Trial: 3 days from first payment.
• Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked (see Refunds policy).
• Billing: handled by Dodo Payments. Your card / payment method is held by Dodo, not by us.
• Pricing changes: we may change the price. If we do, existing subscribers get 30 days notice via email and can cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Failed renewals: if your card is declined, your key is suspended after the second failed attempt by Dodo. You can reinstate by updating your payment method.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• Resell access (your key is for you and your tools, not for SaaS resale).
• Probe the gateway, brute-force keys, or attempt to extract other customers’ data.
• Use the service to facilitate illegal activity, market manipulation, or insider trading.
• Attempt to overwhelm the upstream MCP server (denial of service).
• Scrape the service’s rate-limited endpoints to bypass quotas via multiple keys without paying for them.

We may suspend or revoke access without refund if you violate these. We’ll usually email you first.

5. Service availability

The service is provided best-effort. There is no SLA. The gateway runs on a single Hetzner VM behind Caddy; the upstream MCP server runs as a Docker image on the same host. Downtime happens. Status is published at status.cryptosieve.com when there is something to report.

If the service is down for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, email us and we’ll prorate or refund the affected days.

6. Data accuracy

The service relies on data sourced from TradingView and other public feeds. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data returned. Nothing the service returns is financial advice. You are responsible for your own trades. Past backtest performance does not predict future results.

7. Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked; pro-rated refund for service-side outages of more than 24 consecutive hours; and we’ll sort out anything else by email.

8. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via your Dodo Payments customer portal (link in any billing email). Your key remains active until the end of the current billing period, then is automatically revoked when Dodo fires the cancellation webhook.

9. Termination by us

We may terminate your subscription if you violate these terms, chargeback without first contacting us, or if running your account becomes legally / operationally untenable. We’ll refund any unused portion of the current billing period unless the termination was for fraud or abuse.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

No indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, or for trading losses or missed opportunities — even if we were advised such losses were possible. Past backtest or indicator results do not predict future returns.

Liability cap. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, under any theory (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Exceptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including our own fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, and any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, which always prevail over this section.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those override this clause.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes (new fees, new restrictions, changes to refund policy) trigger an email to all active subscribers 30 days before they take effect.
